Refunds
Our goal is to ensure that you receive products in good time and in good condition, prepared and packaged to a high standard. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions about any of the products in your order; we are not able to offer refunds or returns for perishable products, as long as they are received in good time and with packaging in-tact, but will endeavor to offer a suitable replacement where possible.
You should unpack your order as soon as it is received, and contact us, with photos or videos as required, if there has been any damage during transit. We are not responsible for delays to delivery caused by events out of our control, or for products rendered inedible by being left un-refrigerated - please ensure you will be able to receive your order on the day of delivery.
